1. Where is Simply MOO-lish based?

We’re proudly based in the USA.

2. How long will it take to get my order?

Each item is made just for you! Please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus standard shipping time (usually 3–7 business days in the U.S. & 10-20 days for International orders).

You'll get tracking info as soon as your order hits the trail! 🐄📦

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship certain parts of Europe. Shipping times and rates vary based on location, so you’ll see all the details at checkout.

4. Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order.
If you need help fast, shoot us an email at simplymoolish@gmail.com with your order number.

5. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Oh no! We never want that to happen. If something’s off, please send us a photo and your order info within 30 days of delivery. We’ll make it right – pinky promise. 🤝

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since our items are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective. But we’re always here to help, so reach out if you have a concern.

7. What sizes do your shirts run in?

Our tees are unisex fit unless noted otherwise. We always recommend checking the size chart on each product page to find your perfect fit!

8. Can I request a custom design?

Heck yes! If you have a cow-themed idea or a phrase you want MOO-lished, email us—we love collaborating with our customers.
