Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. During busy times (like holidays), this may take a little longer.
-Delivery Estimates:
U.S. Orders: Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 5–7 business days (So your order should arrive within 7-11 days from Order to Door) . International Orders: Please allow 10–25 business days or more, depending on your location and customs. During busy times (like holidays), you may experience delays from USPS, which are out of our control.
🚫 Return Shipping Policy
Simply MOO-lish DOES NOT provide return shipping labels.
All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can monitor your return.
✅ What’s Eligible for a Refund?
- Incorrect, damaged, or defective items qualify for a full refund.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
📥 How to Start a Return

-Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
-Once approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to send the item back.
🔄 Exchanges
Ordered the wrong size? We’re happy to help! Exchanges are based on availability, and you will need to return the original item at your own shipping expense. Once we receive it, we’ll send out the replacement.

💸 Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
